Order from this location and on my papa bowl I ordered No onions and it had alot in it. I can understand like one or two onions... but not this much. I can't have onions due to the fact they make me sick this is ridiculous. I did try and pick them out but Iknow I ate a couple before I noticed they were in there. Read more
Picked up a pizza today from Papa Johns on Old Hickory Blvd in Bellevue. I was alarmed to see the person putting the topping on... the pizzas not wearing gloves. I mentioned it at the pickup window and was told that they have hand washing facilities. Howeverwho is to say that the person preparing the pizzas wash their hands. Read more

Very bad customer service at 7:40pm on September 3rd. They have over 50+ orders made and nobody passing them out to customers.... Nobody going to the window or counter. They was running around like they was lost. I had to go behind the counter myself to getmy order under other ppls orders. Read more
I haven't been here in a while, but I saw an ad for pepperoni stuffed crust and thought that sounded fun. I won't be doing that... again. The crust was the worst thing I think I've ever had. It was soft and rubbery and not edible at all. There was no flavorin the sauce, or anything really. Very bland. Cheesy bread was the same. Tasted like cardboard. I can safely say this is theworst experience I've ever had with Papa John's and I absolutely will not be going back. Read more

I could see my pizza in the warming area from the window. However, nobody would come to the window to take my money and serve... me. There were at least 3 employees that I could see walking around. I also observed one employee not wearing gloves whilehandling the food. Read more
