Pizza was left outside my doorstep and pizza was cold the person on phone said he can have another pizza delivered to me or 50%... off my next order. he seemed to be upset at me like it was my fault. Then he said he will refund my money and hung up on me.Please do don?t order from this place. Bad customer service and food was delivered like cold and looks like they dropped it. Read more
Last couple of times I?ve order at this location, my order has never been correct. It?s either when I order my pizza square cut... ( which is all the time ) & it never comes out like that, or certain toppings I want in it and it?s not in their. Sometimeswhen you walk into the store, there will be employees around but they will look at you & then not acknowledge you what so ever.I?ve worked at a Papa Johns before & it?s definitely unprofessional here. Either they need a new staff that actually cares aboutcustomers & the pizzas, or just close it down? but that?ll be up to the corporation decision. Read more
Stop using the call In service unless you are going to hire in the US!! It may be saving company money but a waste of time... because they never get the order correct, I think it?s a language issue! Wrong order!!! I don't get one of my 3 pizzas as I ordered. I make my own pizzas because I like to add more toppings and I... pay extra for the pizza they lost I ask for a stuff crust with 2 tipes of bacon, jalapeños and pineapple. I revive a sausagepizza with a normal crust!! This is not for why I pay for. What's the point of ordering extra toppings if they will just give mewhatever the want. This is the 2nd time that this happens. The first time I stop buying this pizzas for almost a year. Ithought they were better now but I see is the same problem. Read more
