I saw today this. Pizza screens on the floor. They throw pizza screens to the floor after they cut pizzas. When I asked why you... guys doing this they told me ?this how we supposed to do?When I told the manager about that she told me same thing this how theydoing every day. This location used to be good but has definitely declined over the last several years. Haven't ordered from here in about a year... now and I'll never go back! They always screw up the order by either leaving something out, not adding extra anything eventhough you pay for it, down to the driver not bringing the extras bought and paid for! PATHETIC!! And then when you try andcontact them they don't pick up! And even if they do, there's nothing but attitude and no credit/refund given for the items leftout! It's stupid! I gave 1 star because it wouldn?t let me leave a zero rating. Order a delivery from location, and the food arrived 2 hours... later? it was cold, and they left off my 2 liter drink. The delivery person , who was from post mates, said they didn?t have any2 liters, and the store was still insisting that I pay for it. I tried calling the store, but to no surprise, they did notanswer. The post mates delivery person, went out of his way to and got the drink to complete the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS. I want them out of business. Ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza WELL DONE ended up with the... crust being RAW!! Worst Papa John's in the country! No help, took my delivery order, said 45 minutes and no one ever showed up!! Tried calling the... manager the next day 5 times. They wouldn't answer and when they did, they'd hang up. Finally talked to the manager, explainedwhat happened and wanted a refund. 2-3 days for that. Didn't apologize or anything. ???????? Read more
I don?t know how making and selling a pizza is such hard work but these folks have sure figured out 6 ways from Sunday on how to... screw that up and have an attitude while at it. Second to last order took 2 hours and was left on the stairs in front of ourcovered patio (never knocked), second order they delivered 2 two liter of Diet Pepsi and left the 5 pizzas back at the shop.Promised a credit for both, each time I called no credit and they had the worst attitude fighting with me. Tried the NY style for a football party last weekend. I would have never left the store with it if I had time for a remake. The... dough hadn't properly proofed before baking. I ending up with more BIG BUBBLES than edible pizza. Very embarrassing anddisappointing ! Read more
Kristen is amazing and kind. Door Dash got our order wrong, my boyfriend has a tomato allergy, and would not refund or... compensate any of our order. We decided to call Papa Johns directly to let them know, and Kristen provided the best customerservice and even offered to have our order re-delivered even though it was nearing closing time.
