Horrible customer service is an understatement! I came into the restaurant to get the pizza I ordered over an hour ago and they... hadn't even started on it. When I asked the girl at the front about the status of my pizza she rolled her eyes and walked away.I spoke with another kind gentleman that was making the pizza he said it would be about, 15 more minutes. We have been ordering from Papa Johns for several years but had a really bad experience recently when one of the pizzas was... missing from the delivery. The driver said that she was not given the pizza so I called the store and was told that it would besent out as soon as possible. After an hour I called back and found out that my first call had not been communicated and,basically, forgotten. We finally received the pizza 3 hours after placing the order and gave the driver a second tip (this wasnot her fault) but received a completely indifferent attitude from the people at the store. Maybe I got so ticked off becausethe missing pizza was gluten free for my son who could not eat the other pizza. Read more
Both orders of wings were undercooked, despite having been ordered well done. One of the orders was so undercooked, I couldn't... even consume it. Despite asking for a garlic sauce, I got ranch. And on the other order, Despite being marked as Blue cheese onthe box, you guessed it. I got Ranch. Read more
Love Papa John's but didn't get my order for 1.5 hours then called them and they said the driver tryed to call me but I don't... get a call. So they cancelled my order. Read more
My last experience was terrible! Waited over an hour and a half for my order, then my order was canceled. Went down to the store... to find out what happened and to get a refund. Somehow the driver took it but it never made it to my house.. I have NEVER hadthis problem until recently. Read more
Placed an order for delivery about an hour ahead of when I needed it. They called as they were about to start the pizza and said... the address for the hotel I was staying at was not valid in their system. Thus they couldn't deliver the pizza and send theirdrivers on wild goose chase. Hotel is only about a mile down the road. Guy sounded overwhelmed and stressed. Maybe he was new orthey were understaffed. I just cancelled my order and picked a different pizza place. Read more
