Ordered from here today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. I’d ordered a calzone for pickup via their... website, and when I got there to pick it up, discovered that they had made it as a pizza by accident. The gentleman behind thecounter was very apologetic and told me he’d make me a new calzone on the spot and I could take home the pizza as well. Inless than 10 minutes, I was out the door with my calzone and the free oops pizza. When I got home, I tried both, and they wereboth delicious and totally hit the spot. The pizza had a buttery crust with the perfect amount of chew, and was super cheesywith well-balanced toppings. The calzone was also delicious, with lots of mozzarella and oozy ricotta, and the generous side ofmarinara was the perfect tangy flavor. (I’m not a fan of overly sweet marinara for a calzone.) Mistakes get made, but whatmatters is owning it and making it right. I was very pleased by the food and how the gentleman behind the counter handled thesituation. I will definitely go back again. I ordered 2 calzones for a total price with delivery for 44.50. The driver did not knock on our door to let us know they had... delivered them and left them on our front porch. By the time we found them, they were full of ants. The store would not replacethe order or refund us our money. They said I had to deal with the driver, even though I did not see the driver and they told mehe works for them. I have tried several times to resolve this with the manager and I keep getting the push over and run around.All I want is a refund, they do not honor Roma's 100% guarantee.. Read more

We are from Missouri and our hotel recommended this pizza place to us. The guy that answered the phone was amazing. So helpful... and pleasant. Out pizza, salad, and wings were delivered to our hotel in less than an hour. We were very pleased with the taste!Great flavor and the salad was loaded! The people here are great. But the last couple times the food has been a little careless. The noodles and both of my dinners... last night were undercooked. Overall the chicken the sauce everything else was great but the raw noodles killed it.. Read more

Meatball sub barely had any meatballs and the pasta is pretty bland. The pizza and wings are OK for the price.

Delicious!! We ordered a 2 foot pizza last minute and they had it ready within the half hour!!! Fresh ingredients!! Yummmy!!!!

Ordered a pizza and it came with the garlic sauce opened and leaking everywhere inside the box, getting all over the pizza and... my pants. When I called requesting a replacement not only was my request denied but some rude woman who said shes worked therefor 15 yrs(sorry about your luck) basically told me she was the one that made the pizza and that she doesn't make mistakes.
