Went here for lunch today thinking it would be quick in and out as there weren?t many people in the restaurant. Unfortunately,... like everyone else they were short staffed with only a couple of girls working the floor. We had to wait about 15 minutes beforegetting seated. The one girl who seated us was apologetic due to short staff but she was a bright spot in the visit. Not onlywas she the hostess seating people but also took our order, brought our drinks, and even saw her in the kitchen helping preparefood and she brought our food to us. This young girl should be commended for her hard work where others don?t show up to do thejob. I got the Tavern Burger with fries and my wife got the cheeseburger. Both were excellent tasting burgers. While theshortage of staff was an issue, I?m giving 4 stars for the taste of the burger but mainly for the two wait staff working theirtails off to do the best they could do given limited resources. I hope the owner of this location commends and rewards these twofor a job well done. Read more

Had an okay experience, service was great and we didn't have to wait no where near as long as the host said the wait time was.... Our server Emily was great but my food was wasn't nothing to brag about. I had the cod with fries and the fish had absolutely noflavor! There was three of us dining in and the other two enjoyed their meals. So I just wouldn't suggest ordering the cod. Read more

I gave 1 star simply due to the waitress, she did a great job considering she literally was the only server. She had extra hands... to help, she was the bartender, the server, cleaning her own tables and the hostess. Now other than that why is this not placestill open? I can cook a better burger at home, it was burnt and the topping were nothing to talk about. Things certainly lookedbetter than they tasted. Fries were cold and old as it would seem. My wife and I are from dickson,tn so when we went to nashville west shopping mall - red Robin's for the first time it was more... delicious then I imagined . we have wanted to go for a long time but didn't remember to go when going to Nashville because wedon't go a lot , but really if you never been I highly recommend going it was so good a we will be going next time we are in thevicinity!!! The food was pretty good. So, no complaints there. But, the service is horrible. I almost just wanted to get up and leave and... not even eat the food. I came here to celebrate Veterans Day. However, the horrible experience I had was not even worth the verybasic tavern burger. Also, the waitress charged me for the sweet tea and not once came back to check on me. So, I didn?t get anyrefills on the ?bottomless? fries or the sweet tea. Horrible experience. I won?t be back! Read more
