This subway was great when we started coming here a few years ago. I've stopped coming to this location because of the terrible... customer service. The only reason I stopped by tonight is because I couldn't make it to my favorite location off of Donelsonpike before they closed. We pulled up in front of the store and the guy that is usually there (most of the time with his wifeand baby there also) walked rather fast to the door and locked it. I understand that it was close to closing but the sign says9pm. He locked it up before 9pm. How rude!! I will travel as far as I have to so that I don't have to see these people again!! Read more

I have been going to this location for over a year and typically had great experiences. However, the part two times I have gone... in for a sweet onion chicken it taste like they dumped a pound of sugar in the mix. There?s no excuse for a franchise restaurantto think they can make their own version of standard menu items. Every other subway didn?t change so I know it was not acorporate made change to all locations. Don?t go to this location unless you want things that are not the same as every othersubway. Read more

I was once a subway manager so I understand subway. This store is close to my work and for the last almost 2 years I have eaten... here. I only get one same thing every time, for the only meat I eat is fish. I must say I get what I want the way I want for Iam there in front of who makes it, but the people I once saw there all the time and new me and my order and were super friendlyare not there and it is not quite the same. I will continue to go there once in awhile for my only subway go to. I do like thetuna toasted extra long with lots of onions and sweet onion sauce. Sometimes this location does alright but today they messed up my tuna sandwich quite a bit, drenched in the wrong sauce,... pathetic amount of veg especially when asked for extra lettuce and onion and very sloppily put together, other sandwiches weremore or less alright but not great Read more
