Not nice at all. Ordered meatball marinara didnt know it had 3 types of wheat in it and asked if i could get a different meat (i... dont eat the bread) instead. She 1st said all their items had gluten in it. We got past that issue and she tried to give me 2slices of turkey for a foot long. I pointed out that surely a footlong had more meat than that and she wanted to dispute that, isaid well can i just get the money back. (I never left the store or their sight with the sandwich, i hadn't even unwrapped it).She said she couldn't do that (i understand that) but then she put more meat in the container. Another employee said shecouldn't refund the money and that I was supposed to look up there on the marquee before i ordered to see what had gluten in it.I said the fact that there is different types of wheat flour in the meatballs is not listed on the marquee. New employees are VERY disrespectful. Mr. Patel himself is a generous person but the newer employees that work everyday around... lunch time have NO respect and are very Nasty. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. There is another one a couple blocksaway. Thank you for reading... Read more
We love coming here anytime.Their chocolate cookies are always tempting . The staff made for us a perfect sandwich. Food was... awesome. We also had a lot of sauces on our subs. Read more
Pretty standard for Subway. Very convenient if you're working in or commuting through the downtown area. They often have a... somewhat intimidating line length but are typically quite fast and you'll find yourself on the move again with surprisinglylittle delay. Read more
