Another hidden gem in Tennessee! Even if you don?t like vegan food, you really can?t tell the difference, other than it filling... you up fast! I will never stop dreaming of their food ???? I tried the tempeh BBQ bowl and was stunned! (Add avocado for a real kicker!) the... rich flavors blended so perfectly it?s almost unbelievable! Very filling too, I had leftovers! They also have a variety ofbaked goods you can grab as you go down the cafeteria style serving area. They also have a cooler right by the register so youcan grab drinks and desserts before you sit down. And boy do they have a variety! There are tons of pre-packaged beverageoptions from familiar name brands. And plenty of dessert options too? But you gotta try their edible cookie dough! It?s to diefor, so light almost like a mousse! And it tastes just like the real thing, just don?t let it get too hot because j ruined thetexture of mine like that when I forgot to put the leftover bit in the fridge? but it firms up again when cold! This particular restaurant Sunflower Cafe in Nashville makes me feel lucky to be alive. We flew here just to come to this... restaurant again. This place is the definition of down to earth WFPB style cooking, fast and efficient, so delicious I want tofly, and locally owned. If one day this restaurant could become the new fast food standard for United States, I think I will dieextremely happy for humanity. Read more
This place was showcases that vegan comfort food is delicious and has soo many options. The food was very filling, tasty, and... left you feeling full, but not needing a nap. The food is a bit expensive, but that by no means it's not worth it as this placeoffers high quality meals.
