One of the worst places to deliver too. My appointment was at 08:00. I got here at 07:00. It took me an hour just to get to the... guard shack. Then was told to park around back and wait for a door. After a couple of hours they gave me a door it?s now 15:36and still in the door and they can?t tell me how much longer it will be. They don?t care about the drivers at all. For delivery, they make you drop and pull from your trailer, and have the nerve to tell you if there's charges associated with... your load you get texted. I got here before the appointment time, and they STILL made me wait over 4 hours to get unloaded. Iblew 2 load appointments waiting for them to unload me, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you can back up a detention bill. Read more
I miss my second stop because of Sysco hold me for 4 hours and still waiting for my paper. How long don?t know. Please work with... us understand our suffer. We drive thousands mile to serve u well and u playing with our time and money that?s not fair. If theproblem is with Capstone logistics let them fix this. This particular sysco and their staff are very quick and efficient. Got there around 8:45am docked just befor 9:00am they had me... unloaded by and bills ready 11:45am. Pretty good place to deliver to. Read more
Got here at 6/31 had to park out on the street. Not a big deal. Appointment was for 7/1 at 12 noon. Checked in at 05:30am. They... put me to the door at 06:00 and at 06:15 they started unloading me. So far so good. Got green light at 07:50. Waiting for thetext message so the lumper fee can be paid. I got the text at 10:01. Lumber fee was $375 for 23 palettes. She called me at10:15 to get my bills. Well I was here a long time but I still got out before my 12 noon appointment. Read more
Everyone experience is different. I had a pleasant experience with this company while delivering. The guards was on top of... getting me checked in and out, and the receiving clerk was a very lovely and kind lady as well. Delivery took 1.5 hours and outafter docking the door. You guys rock! Dispatch lied to me, I didn't have an appointment but you still put me in a door right away and unloaded me... quickly. I was short on hours coming in so it was nice to be able to sleep on the road. Read more
