Visited the drive thru tonight. Worst experience every! So there was a line of cars in front of me and about 4 cars behind. Most... of the cars behind were pulling off because of the wait, then others would pull up. SO WERE ALL WAITING FOR EVERY IN THIS LINE,I guess we were just determined to eat Taco Bell this night. The line in going nowhere. It's now going on 35-40 mins. The nextthing I know is driver's in the front of me pull to the speaker and pull off. I'm like, what's going on. Come to find out, whenI make it to the speaker, the rude manager is telling us that their system is down and can't take our orders. SO AFTER WAITING AETERNITY, THIS IS THE RESULT! it was the best experience I ever had with Taco Bell staff was very friendly, Arnette S was the cashier asked me to wait so they... would make me fresh nachos fries. About few minutes later a young lady came out to give me the order also she was very nice andapologized for the wait saying she added me a cinnamon twists extra. Read more
AVOID!! The food is a joke, my tacos are less than half filled and slapped together, mexican pizza cheese not even heated so its... still cold shredded cheese. Each visit we hear the workers swearing at the window when we are waiting for food. Managementclearly doesnt give a damn about this place. I try to stop here once in a while as one of the few options available to thirdshift workers in the area and has utterly failed expectations for well over a year. Someone put some grown ups there!!!
