Taco Mama was delicious! I had the mayor basic (chicken tacos with tomato, cheese, and lettuce) nothing fancy. But it was really... good. The soft shells were on point and fresh. Only criticism is the price of a basket is steep. The side that comes with thebasket is also less than generous and a super, super small portion (not worth $4 for the size they give you.) other than that,high recommend. Read more
Often go here when we decide to eat out for lunch. It's within walking distance and it's quick along with a reasonable price.... There is a wide menu here and you should have no problem finding something you like. Fish tacos, chicken or steak burritos andtacos, you can also get the burritos as a bowl! They have a full bar! And all kinds of FREE add ons! I have never had badservice while dining in and have always been greeted with a smile. They have many people walking around the restaurant to helppeople with what they may need. For example, help with the menu while in line, trash taken away, refills, additional items, etc.The food has always tasted good and haven't had a bad side item there. However, I have had on multiple occasions my order waswrong. So watch out for that. They are always quick to fix it and try to do their best to make it right. This Taco ???? place transports you into a different vibe as soon as you enter ? with its dim lit chic decor and lively... atmosphere. There was a long line even late into the afternoon on Sunday, which for me, is a good sign when I visit a place forthe first time. The line was well worth it. I ordered a burrito bowl and customized it with ingredients of my choice. I thoughtthe ingredients were of high quality and each of them individually made were well-crafted and tasty such as mild salsa rancheroand guacamole. Chicken was also freshly made and cooked to perfection. Finding street parking can be tricky in this area. Thereis an outdoor area to sit however, it?s not as pretty as inside or some of the outdoor areas of other places. Overall, I lovedit and would absolutely go there again. Read more
This was a fun place to eat. Service was good. Food was good to. Although I had a Mexican Mac and cheese as a side. And was very... disappointed. It was just normal Mac and cheese. Noticeably fresh and high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference compared to similar joints. Higher price than... competing restaurants, but in my opinion well worth it. Great margaritas, too. Read more
The experience at Taco Mama was one of a kind I have never been to a Taco place so kind and generous, When my Friends and I walk... through the door we had been greeted by an employee who asked "is it your first time here" to which we replied yes and shehanded us a menu. We looked through the menu and decided to order two of 'The judge's' & one of the 'yo momma' They wereincredible we also got a side to which I got black beans. The only thing that I would complain about is that it doesn't comewith a drink, But other than that everything else is good. It's also very convenient because there's a bus stop right infront ofthe restaurant. So it's easy transportation. You get so much food for the price. Everyone I was with had leftovers and thoroughly loved what they were eating. The build your... own ensures everyone will love it. Margaritas were also delicious and have something for everyone to enjoy. Will be going backto try more of the flavors and options. Parking can be found in a garage behind it that's free for the first hour and $5 for upto 2 hours. Slightly confusing at first but easy once you figure it out. Read more
