We walked in and sat at the bar tables, which is first come first serve seating, whicg feels a little predatory, but we'd... forgotten to call ahead. I wasn't wowed by the margarita but they had a really delicious drink on the special menu that wasfantastic.... it had a flower in it and a coconut rim. The service was great - just the right amount of attentive consideringhow busy the place was, but they forgot to bring us silverware ???? Everything we had was delicious, which I always feel ischallenging with such a large menu of varied items. I ordered a filet and they absolutely nailed the medium rare. It wascrusty & caramelized on the outside and perfectly pink inside. I didn't need a knife to cut it, it was so buttery and tender. I?m not sure chicken wings are supposed to look like this. We told the manager about the wings and she said this is how they... come, red and all in the middle. Maybe I?m just being picky, but I?ve never been sold nor eaten chicken wings that are thispink/red. Also, my girlfriend ordered the cheeseburger egg rolls and they?re supposed to come with 3 rolls, there were only 2 inthe box. We weren?t happy with our food. We called and mentioned our concerns, and were offered a refund or to re-order thefood. Opted for the refund. On a side note: I really liked the Bleu Cheese dressing. The service was good, the food itself wasjust not worth $28 for the two appetizers missing an item and being seemingly undercooked, at least to my personal liking.Cheesecake Factory has always had a great reputation and this order didn?t live up to the hype tonight. We made an appointment on Yelp for 6. Got there right at like 5:58. We werent seated until after 6:15 when the wait was 20-30... for others but the couple who were in front of us were seated before us. (Maybe 3 minutes before) so expect to wait even if youhave reservation. Other than that the food and service was amazing! The veggie burger was SO AMAZING and hubby enjoyed theimpossible burger. My son loved the grilled cheese tower and of course the cheesecake was so good! Please never take away theveggie burger and impossible burgers. We will be back very soon!???????? Read more

We LOVE The Cheesecake Factory and it's always a place we look for when we travel. Our favorite entree is the steak Diane. It's... been a while since we've eaten here so when it arrived I thought maybe they had changed it. Until we got to our hotel and myhusband checked the website. It has never come with asparagus and tomatoes but tonight it did. 4 small pieces of filet and avery small amount of mashed potatoes. I'm not sure what we had, but it wasn't steak Diane. Waited 45 minutes to be seated (cool.. we knew it'd be this long) got to our table WITH LITTLE KIDS, waited 15 mins before our... drinks were even taken.. 1 1/2 hours before our food even got to us. While ordering our food we told her to bring LOTS of honeymustard with our food.. this is HUGE for us as we eat our Chicken sandwich with it!!! (She didn't tell us there was NO honeyMustard.... after getting our food and having to ask her TWICE... she finally then stated the chef didn't make honey Mustardthis day) Half of our food came (not even correctly) we ordered Mac n cheese instead of fries.... finally got our Mac n cheeseand the entire bowl was FULL of water..... dried noodles... not tasty at all. My burger was way overdone, tasted burnt. Husbandschicken sandwich was a bit dry and hard. Very disappointing. We just got our check, grabbed a cheesecake at the counter to goand left. I don't come to cheesecake factory very often, but I did enjoy our time there. I could tell they were very low staffed as they... could only fill about 1/2 the tables, but they were doing their best none the less. Food was tasty and of course the cheesecakewas sublime. Read more

Mojitos pineapple . Iced mango . Try the new chicken pizza Very delicious ???? The waitress Christopher one of kind. Love his... look and he recommended the mojitos. The food and wait staff was great. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. As is normal for cheesecake factory it was dark and... gloomy inside (I think they do that intentionally, though I cannot figure out why). Of course it was expensive but we knew itwould be before coming, it's cheesecake factory! We were there for the experience not because we were hungry so we were finewith an appetizer and a cheesecake slice, so it wasn't too expensive. Read more
