Had the porksket sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, which was pretty dry. Sides were all good.

Truly the best BBQ Beef ribs I have ever had!
This is one of Nashville TN hidden gems. The beef brisket is delicious and tender. The baked beans complement the beef brisket.... I am not a cornbread fan but I tried it. I must say I am a fan of this cornbread as you can taste the actual corn in the breadand complements the beans and beef brisket. One test of really good bbq does the meat need bbq sauce. The barbecue beef rib is, bar none, the most delicious beef rib I have had anywhere. If you are not paying attention you will... miss this place, as we almost did, because it is a tucked away food truck, but it is definitely worth a visit. The meat wasseasoned to perfection, fell off the bone and just a marvelous culinary experience. The service was impeccable. I just hate thatI don't live close by.
