The barbecue beef rib is, bar none, the most delicious beef rib I have had anywhere. If you are not paying attention you will... miss this place, as we almost did, because it is a tucked away food truck, but it is definitely worth a visit. The meat wasseasoned to perfection, fell off the bone and just a marvelous culinary experience. The service was impeccable. I just hate thatI don't live close by. Believe me though, this will be a required stop my next trip to Nashville. Read more

Had the porksket sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, which was pretty dry. Sides were all good.

Wonderfully moist meats, flavorful spices, and coleslaw that wasn't even slightly "vinegary" tasting. Everything one could want... in BBQ. Read more

This is one of Nashville TN hidden gems. The beef brisket is delicious and tender. The baked beans complement the beef brisket.... I am not a cornbread fan but I tried it. I must say I am a fan of this cornbread as you can taste the actual corn in the breadand complements the beans and beef brisket. One test of really good bbq does the meat need bbq sauce. The answer is heck no asthe meat is great without the sauce. Read more

I love the Gambling Stick. It's in the Porter Road Butcher Shop. I go to Porter Road and buy bones for my dog then I usually... come to the Gambling Stick for sandwiches. Right now my current favorite sandwich is the Piglet Brisket sandwich. Photo downbelew. Give it a try. You won't go wrong! Read more

The real deal in a parking lot in East Nashville. Pig slow cooked well over cherry. The dining tent is cute, but in the chill of... late fall was perfect. If I were to change anything, I'd go for a finer chip on the meat, but it's real, and tasty. Friendlyservice too. Read more
