The incompetency is real here. Waited almost 15 mis for 2 slices of pizza after ordering.. employees are rude as hell.

Probably the worst service Ive ever had. I almost asked to speak to a mall manager, one worker in particular was the rudest... person I have ever encountered in food service. She nearly shouted each time, pasta or salad, cutting me off when I was clearlygoing to request one. Then she stood and picked her nails over the mac and cheese. At one point she literally flicked offwhatever it was she was peeling, I'm assuming nail polish. The pizza slice guys were nice though. Read more

My granddaughter wanted pizza for lunch so I got her the kids meal. The girl behind the register kept playing with her hair &... was more worried about gossiping with another girl then taking care of the people in front of her. Had to tell her thingstwice. I visited this location with my family of 8 persons on Tues, Dec 14th, 2021 and had a terrible service experience. I walked up... to the counter and advised the employee that I needed two whole pizzas made for my group. He refused, stating that they were"done making pizzas for the evening because of staffing". They had 4 workers visibly just standing around and I was the onlycustomer in line. I then asked what time they were closed and he said 8pm. I was standing at the counter at 615pm at this pointso I pointed out that it was ridiculous that they are almost 2 hours from closing and they wouldn't make us a pizza. I noticedthey had 2 pepperoni pizza pies out on display to sell behind the glass so I said "I will buy the already made whole pies youhave there". He refused this as well saying that he could only sell these "by the slice", which would cost me almostdouble. The other employees now got involved as I asked again if I could just buy one of the two pies then. My family washungry and they were craving pizza but the staff refused again to sell me the food. I asked for their general manager, who theysaid was named "Chris", but they told me he was "unavailable". Employees were being lazy, did not care and clearly did not wantto offer any kind of customer service. During the entire interaction I was calm and respectful and went over the events againwith them, explaining that I would reach out to management about this. "So you are saying that you are almost 2 hours fromclosing, you can't make anymore whole pizzas for a paying customer and you also cannot sell me the pizza pie you already havemade that I can see in front of me?" They replied "yes, it's our policy". If this is your "policy" then it needs to be changedand your employees need to be talked to about this to ensure this doesn't happen again. Honestly one star is being extremely generous. The food is absolutely terrible. I had the Mac and cheese and it made me sick. I... had ordered a garlic bread and they cashier was to busy on a personal phone call to pay attention and give it to me. The girlsserving food we?re extremely rude, honestly idk how they?re employed for customer service when clearly they have no customerservice skills. I was told I could wait for my bread it would be 10 minutes and when I came back they rudely told me it would beanother 15. 25 minutes for garlic bread, let?s be honest all they probably have to do is throw it in the oven for five. I askedfor a refund on just my bread just to speak to the manager, who clearly can not pull his team together to have quality service.Honestly if I was the owner I would reevaluate this whole team and give them more training on being professional and theircustomer service skills.
