They were busy and short handed, but the guy didn't listen. He keep assuming. I told him Texas Toast , Not White Toast. Mayo... and Strawberry ???? Jam for my friend. Not enough onion or jalapeños. My food was delicious but we had to wait awhile before we got it because the waitress forgot about our order. I also had to have... my tea replaced because there was food floating around in the tea. Yuck. The waitress was nice but thats not good enough. Needbetter service. Did I mention the food floating in my tea? Read more
The food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and seemed like they were having fun. The place was super busy as it was... Christmas Day and most other places were closed. The restaurant was pretty clean-way cleaner than some other locations I havebeen to. Read more
Having been a regular at various Waffle House locations in my time, this was by far my worst experience, I love Waffle House so... I'll start there, however this time it was management that was the problem. It was Halloween around 10 PM, the cook, who wasalso the supervisor or manager wouldn't stop flirting/talking with two guys at the counter long enough to cook food right. Iliterally watched her burn about 12 slices of bacon and trash it, she then trashed hasbrowns. She was carrying on about her timein prison and yelling at one of her coworkers who was only trying to help. She put about 4 tablespoons of butter on the toasttoo and it wouldn't even melt because it was cold. Yuck. People in the restaurant were freezing (we even moved because it wasblasting AC) and she literally said "I'm cooking over a 500 degree grill and I'm not turning the air off", all the whilefamilies with children shivering, while waiting for their food that kept getting burned sat and waited.
