This was the absolute worst Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff was rude and disrespectful. They made a point to be... openly disrespectful to me and my girlfriend. I've never seen staff be more unprofessional. I would never eat at this WaffleHouse again. And I advise everyone to avoid it. Read more
It probably doesn't help that I used to work retail. It was an automatic rule that the minute a customer walked into the... building we, the employees, had all of them seconds to greet them. With that being said, we were never greeted. Not only didn'tanyone acknowledge us. We sat waiting to be seated, because tables/ booths weren't cleaned, for at least 10 minutes only to haveother customers seated before us. I had to go to the register to ask why people were being seated before us and was told thecustomers seat as they please. Had they done their job the correct way, this information would have been known when firstentering the building. Read more
A one star is too good for this "business". My son and I arrived, excited for waffles. Sat at the breakfast counter and were... promptly ignored. Waited 5 minutes, sill ignored. Left as no service was coming. Horrible start to my 60th birthday. Read more
