If you want to treat yourself and maybe have the best date night in town, then book the 8 course meal with wine pairing. Food... was amazing and top tier. The sommelier were amazing at pairing each wine and explaining them. The staff was excellent makingsure we had what we needed through the dinner. The breads were excellent too. Dining at Yolan was a memorable experience. I celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed the tasting menu paired with wine. Upon... walking into the restaurant I was already smiling. Greeted by the host and walked to our table. I was wished happy birthdayright away and received complimentary Prosecco. Refreshing, bubbly and a perfect start to the evening. There were many helpersthrough out our dining time and they excelled at service. We were never left with used plates, glasses or utensils on the tableand even the bread delivery was incredible. Large choice of moist fresh flavorful bread to choose from through the whole meal.Tyler, our server was exceptionally knowledgeable on the entire menu and cocktails. Down to minute ingredients and flavors, heknew the answer. He was professional, calm and attentive. The sommelier Thomas was well versed in the wines and had perfectpairings for each dish. When there was one I didn?t really like he made sure to find one that I enjoyed. The spacing betweencourses were perfect. We never waited too long for the next course and were consistently taken care of and acknowledged. Inoticed simple find dining etiquete such as when I left to go to the restroom my napkin was replaced. My chair was pulled outfor me when I had originally sat. They wait to clear plates until all are finished, and so on. The service here is not somethingI have experienced any where else in Nashville. They truly go above and beyond. Once we were finished with our tasting theyended the night with a few birthday treats. Chocolate and donuts. It was a cute goodbye. I am a vanilla girl so I would haveloved a mix of flavors in the ending treats but that?s no problem. This experience was close to a grand in total and over all,was worth it. Every team member we interacted with this evening was so passionate and proud of what they do, and it showedin our experience. From Jon, Thomas, and Aaron selecting the perfect wines to get us started, to Lena, Jan, Mackenzie, John, andso many more kind Yolan servers taking amazing care of us- not one expectation wasn?t exceeded. I went for the 8 course tasting menu, and it was delightful. The flavors of all the dishes were amazing and well thought out.... Their drink menu is extensive and they do have Pappy Van Winkle for you Bourbon Connoisseurs. The staff were all fantastic andwell prepared for any questions we asked about the menu or drinks. I would highly recommend getting a reservation with thetasting menu and inviting your family and friends to join you for a delightful evening. My favorite dish for this menu was thePesce. Read more
Wow! 8 courses, each better than the last. Fantastic service and Thomas the sommelier was amazing at selecting wines to pair... with each course. My personal favorite was the smoked Norwegian salmon but the dessert blew me out of the water. Menus changefrequently but I'm sure are always exquisite. We went to Yolan for my husband?s birthday and it exceeded our expectations! Amazing food, staff, wine and experience. We chose... the 8 course tasting and I also selected the wine pairing - phenomenal. My husband chose their seasonal mule for his cocktailand it was also delicious. Tyler was our waiter, and I cannot remember our Sommelier. All knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was amazing but especially I... want to say his name was Zach who non stop filled our waters, offered us bread, and checked in periodically. Such a nice andhelpful gentleman.
