I never loved Wendy's as much as I did this visit!! I'd just my tooth worked on at the dentist the day before and was still so... sore I could only eat soft foods... And you'd be surprised how hard it is to find soft foods on a road trip! But good olWendy's, my soft food hero still serving their super yummy sore tooth friendly chicken nuggets!! I think it's the number 6, 10nuggets fries, a drink (substitute for chocolate frostie to dip fries in). 5 stars for saving the day Wendy's! Read more
The attitude of some of the employees need some work. Customer service isn't for everyone. Other than that service is ok.... Putting on a smile when tending to customers goes a long way believe it or not. Read more
Employees do not speak professionally and have very poor customer service skills. Usually the mid-day and night staff are the... ones that I have noticed conducting themselves inappropriately for people who are in a work place and also for customer servicebeing a huge part of any retail you work at. Just like all the other fast food restaurants. They're not clear as to what they'll charge you till it's time to run your card.... $15 for a burger and fries. Pretty greedy considering Tex Best charges $6. And Tex Best burger was better, and you can add yourown toppings. The manager was nasty. She said I can go to dollar general and buy salt and pepper. This Wendy's is 1/2 way on our 70 mile trip home & we stop get gas & get a drink. I love the mango, pineapple lemonade. The... last two time we have stopped to get this delicious drink, the don't have the mango, however they do NOT bother to tell us thatthey are out. VERY DISAPPOINTED ???? Read more
They?re really quick, and their customer service is pretty good, but it doesn?t always seem like their food is fresh. UPDATE: I... don?t recommend this place they don?t have good quality and don?t wash their produce- look at the little bug who made his wayonto a sandwich. Read more
The crispy chicken was rubbery and all I could taste was the tomato and mayonnaise. The lettuce was so big I had to take it off... because you couldn't see anything else. Read more
