I placed a order for a Large Hand Tossed Meat Lovers pizza. After reaching home about 45 minutes away, my order was wrong. I had... a pan Pepperoni and Sausage. The service in Natchez MS has been so consistently bad that I will no longer eat at your establishment. I purchased lunch for my... family, received the delivery notification, the food arrived extremely cold, stiff, and inedible almost 2 hours after thedelivery notification. Natchez is barely 20 miles in radius, and I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. The restaurantdid not answer any calls for over an hour prior to the super late delivery so I was unable to cancel the order. Offer the a text feature that alerts when contactless carry out is ready. I had to keep the app open to know my pizza was ready.... Then, I had to call the store when I arrived although I clicked the app saying I was there. When the employee came out, she wentto another vehicle which was an indication they had not read the online platform. Read more
I usually don't go here without a coupon. My wife prefers Pizza hut so we do come here. Calling ahead is a good idea as it will... save you a wait. The pizza is always good but a little greasy for my taste. Service is good and the wait usually isn't too bad.Fairly new establishment. Read more
