Okay, so we didn't get napkins, but they had Cajun rice! We keep napkins in the glove box like normal people anyway so it wasn't... a big deal. We haven't been to a Popeyes in over 2 years because the last one we went to said they discontinued it. They were out of the spicy chicken sandwich so I wanted to order another sandwich but guess what!!!! They were out of ALL... sandwiches. So I ordered the shrimp box that was flashing in my face .... BUT they don't carry that at all. So I canceled the 2piece chicken dinner and left with NOTHING!!! I haa e heard others with similar experiences. Read more
I never write reviews but after my visit at this popeyes today (5-9-2022) was by far the worst, If I can rate this place less... than a whole star I would; Wait time is ridiculous waited in line for over 30 minutes, don't get me wrong I understand sometimes things get busy but in this case it was just employees not wanting to work and moving at their own pace and having over20+ vehicles waiting...... finally pulled up to get my order and the employees seem like they just rolled out of bed withabsolutely no enthusiasm about working; Paid for my food and waited another 10 minutes, then I heard one employee say to theother employee "what did they order".
