I ordered a Ocean blue water and sipped out of it and I wasn't expecting the taste of tap water it was horrible. I have ordered... it before at the sonics in Brookhaven, Ms and i I didn't get the taste of tap water. Luckily I ordered a cranberry slush alongwith it. I went to sonic a few days ago and asked for my meal fresh. Instead they bring out food thats not. I give the food back and ask... can I have my food fresh. They brings out the same sandwich. A couple weeks ago I had this same problem but it was worse becauseI had to wait over 30 mins for food that still wasn't fresh. I don't what's going on with their cooks and how they are trainedbut natchez sonic has to get better. I know longer want to even go to this sonic again smh ???? Read more
The Sonic Cheeseburger meal is the best hands down! They're fast on serving but some days they can be a little slower which is... expected from restaurants with delicious meals. I love the Strawberry and cherry limeade too!! Read more
Food is pretty good. Quite a few of the ordering tv monitors don't work as of 8/24/22. Only a minor annoyance though.
We placed our order when arrived we got nothing we ordered. Had to send it back to get it corrected. Then no ketchup napkins or... spoons & straws. Asked for coke float got some kinda shake. Very dissapointed and all prices to dang hi. I could always count onsonic. It not today!! Read more

I ordered a burger and a shake. The shake arrived from door dash hot and the pitiful burger was not fit to eat. For $30 I spent... on two meals and could not eat the food. Home with the flu I was very unhappy to go to bed hungry. Read more
