I'm from Houston Texas but I visit Natchitoches often. My kids love burger King but we never get a chance to eat it because it's... always an issue. Either their system down or their out of anything we try to order. When you look in the window, all the workersare just sitting around talking or on their phones. Should have known better, haven't had any service here in a long time. One customer in drive thru, ordered and paid and was... asked to pull up. After 20 minutes of waiting I go on to find the manager breaking up two employees who were arguing. Asked formy money back and after another 10 minutes finally got my card back. Unfortunately this isn't my first issue at this location. My suggestion is that they tear down the building and go ahead and make more parking for thr 18 wheelers that must like parkingthere.
