I'm from Houston Texas but I visit Natchitoches often. My kids love burger King but we never get a chance to eat it because it's... always an issue. Either their system down or their out of anything we try to order. When you look in the window, all the workersare just sitting around talking or on their phones. Should have known better, haven't had any service here in a long time. One customer in drive thru, ordered and paid and was... asked to pull up. After 20 minutes of waiting I go on to find the manager breaking up two employees who were arguing. Asked formy money back and after another 10 minutes finally got my card back. Unfortunately this isn't my first issue at this location. My suggestion is that they tear down the building and go ahead and make more parking for thr 18 wheelers that must like parkingthere. Don?t, just don?t. The new female manager has no clue what she?s doing and she doesn?t delegate the restaurant appropriately.... While I was there I heard employees cursing and not even changing out their gloves how they were supposed to. I was sodisgusted. Stopped for lunch 12:00 pm. We went inside and was the 5th party in line. The wait was long. The party in front of us left. The... ones in front of him said the workers hadn?t acknowledged anybody. I went to the counter to grab the workers attention. She saidshe would have someone at the counter in a minute. Another party came in behind us and waited a couple minutes before leaving.All parties eventually just walked out. If you choose to eat here, you should go through the drive thru! Read more
We went inside originally to place our order but the lady at the counter was slow, she seemed like she was new, so we decided to... get in the drive-thru. The drive-thru was very fast. The food was decent but sloppy as expected from most drive-thrurestaurants. The drinks were basically just carbonated water. Im sure they would have corrected that if I had went back but wewere traveling and I was ready to get home. Overall from what I saw it was a nice clean place to eat. I give it a ????. Read more
I voted to the drive-through at 7:51 and sat there until about eight and nobody would respond to me when I would ask l hello so... I drove up to the window and couldn?t see anybody in there.
