I had a remake from a previous time coming here. I spoke with the manager Jerrel on Tuesday, who stated he wrote my name and... number down for a full remake of 2 whopper meals. I came back on a Sunday at 4:15 and was told he didn?t write it in the bookbut my food would be remade. I was given a cold burger with hard buns on both. The manager acted as if it was our fault. Shetold us this would be the only remake or she would charge. It wasn?t our fault they were incorrectly making the food each time.Customer service was just horrible. Read more
3rd time my Complete order was not in the bag. Got all the way home and my kids food was not in the bag 2 times.. had to go... back. 1 time looked before leaving the parking lot and was missing a burger. Had to get back in the drive thru line. Read more

The melt burger was good but the sauce could have been left off it tasted like McDonald's big Mac sauce which is nasty

Burger King use to be my favorite food but, not anymore. Most of the time the food cold and sloppy. Please tell your workers... to lighten up on the ketup and the mayonnaise. Read more
I evacuated here yesterday. Came through the drive thru today for breakfast. Waited 30 minutes for a fully loaded ceossantwhich.... Only to get back to my room and see that it's on a burger bun with no sausage. The staff was rude didn't give me half my orderor receipt. Obviously management had zero control over their staff!!!! Hamburger was okay, meat was dry. The French fries were cold. They were just sitting under a heat lamp.
