This evening has been a total disappointment ???????????. I waited all day to eat with a friend from out of town, only to be... very frustrated about the service and my food. Things went downhill from start to finish, our wait time before we were seatedwas awful. We were told 30 minutes before we could be seated so naturally we stayed in our vehicle. Then when we came in we weretold we had to wait bcs it took us a few minutes longer to come inside . Our party consist of 4 children and two adults so it takes longer to get out of our transportation. I realize that being short staffed is a huge problem but customer's should betreated with care and respect. ... It will be a while before I return to this establishment. Read more
The steak was good. The appetizer was cold and took a long time to get, the steak came out only a couple of minutes after the... appetizer. Our server was slow at everything. Restaurant was not that busy. Wife was to generous with the tip left. Read more
The waitress was very attentive to our needs. We did not have to flag her down for anything. Whenever we were thinking about... asking her for anything there she was asking if we needed anything & were we enjoy our meal. I'll go back to Chill's inNatchitoches because of our Waitress. I wish I could remember her name. She was approximate 5'3, & had a unique short redhair, & wore glass. I just want to say to my waitess thank you for been so kind & dedicated to job & yourcustomers. Horrible experience. Table next to us was full of drunk, loud, disrespectful people. Server was absolutely inattentive had to... wait 30 minutes for a drink refill. Had to ask a different server to payout. Worst Chili's experience I have ever had. I won'tbe returning. Read more
