If I could I would put negative stars , rude and lazy . Me and 8 other customers stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting on 7... just to be told at 7 :10am that the lobby is closed after stating the lobby is open on there sign. While this McDonald's location appears to be recently updated, the modern design is a bit stark and uninviting. This is rather... appropriate, however, given the interaction my wife had with a staff member when she asked if there were any high chairs/boosterseats for children: the staffer was curt and unapologetic, offering no suitable solutions. If this information is true, it seemslike a substantial oversight for a location that has been so recently renovated. Read more
I camped out at this McDonald's over the span of three days, while looking for work out of the area. The staff is awesome, the... restaurant is clean, and the Mobile Ordering couldn't be easier - in fact, I would recommend it. I've learned that the MobileApp first sends the order information to a "Corporate Cloud" if you will, then the order is transmitted to the restaurant. So ifthere are any issues, more than likely the restaurant has nothing to do with it. The other thing I noticed is that sometimes,the beverages on mobile orders (specifically, fountain drinks) can sometimes be overlooked - so just a friendly ask when youpick-up your order, and the staff will get you taken care of. This restaurant was recently remodeled, so the staff takes pridein that, contributing to the overall cleanliness. By far, the best McDonald's I've been to in a while on my travels over theroad. Very disappointed went into McDonald's today7/11/22@ 5pm on Hearne. It was a female employee there sweeping, making milk shakes... and talking to fellow employees in and out the door very poor customer service. Stopped by to get Breakfast through the drive thru lady who took our order was nice the guy who gave us our food on the other... hand was not our order was wrong and when we asked for strawberry and grape jelly he said ?I heard you? very rude he obviouslydid not hear us because he only gave us grape jelly if you dont like your job just quit no need to be rude to customers also(CHECK YOUR ORDER) ours was wrong Read more

9-27-19 Friday morning. The restaurant was clean. The food was consistent with other mc Donald?s locations. No one was really... sociable other then the lady cleaning. Overall I would return to this location. Read more
The girl taking order barley spoke... she was too busy multi-tasking placing my order and hard down texting. She kept her head... pointed down at phone ... even had one hand on cell phone while passing my cup. She really had area memorized because like Istated she was glued to phone and reached back for cup and handed to me without looking up. Read more
