Ordered off the mobile app and after waiting in line for 20 mins at the intercom no one came on to ask to take your order I had... to continue to say hello and finally someone came on ! When I got to the window they couldn?t find my mobile app order I had towait an additional 10 mins to see why they couldn?t pull up my order when they finally pulled it up they still couldn?t processmy order so I was double charged and food was cold the worse McDonald?s to visit I recommend you not to visit this location Read more
Very very slow service. Rude employees. They don?t say one moment please, or I?ll be right with you. I had to say, HELLO like 3... times before someone came on the speaker to take my order, plus I waited like 15 minutes to even order. Just very very poorservice. If you value your time, this isn't the place for you to be eating. Walked in, placed an order to go, and it took 15-20 minutes... for it to come out. Seems like they had to go slaughter the cow to make the food. The staff doesn't actively monitor the diningarea to see if customers are waiting to be served. Everyone is in the back, mostly chatting instead of working. When the foodwas brought to the counter, I had to ask for my drink. This is something the employees should be paying attention to. I mean,It's on the ticket/screen they look at. The ketchup dispensers had no ketchup. Had to go ask for that. I was actually surprisedthat the dining room was even clean. Not sure about the rest rooms, as we didn't use them. They expect prime wages, but offergarbage service to warrant the legitimacy of such wages... Do better McDonald's... Read more
