Wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered 3 drinks and a cup of ice. They took our order, and we waited. It said someone was going... to bring us our order. We sat there for over 30 minutes and no one came out. They weren't very busy, and other people weregetting their orders. I don't believe they should be able to say someone is coming with our order if they aren't. We onlyordered drinks! Terrible service. Read more

Ordered online. The Sonic on Keyser was closed due to not enough employees so I ordered from the one on the other side of town... on University Parkway. Drove up and the drive thru was blocked off with cones and the parking where you order was blocked off. I parked across in the parking area.. checked in online and sat there for 20 minutes with no response.. my screen kept sayingthey were working on my order then timed out. I tried again and it would not go through. My order was only 2 drinks. 2 othercustomers pulled up too. None of us were ever acknowledged or helped. Both locations in Natchitoches have not been good. It has good food but the service and wait time after ordering food is horrible. I realize that it's a pandemic, but if employees... rather not work for a company and stay home that speaks volumes about a company and the way that they treat their employee. Forthe past few weeks after ordering food or beverages or some kind of ice cream. It takes for ever to get your order or it's notaccurate.
