Went to drive thru the lady took our order they were not busy so apparently she wasn't familiar with the register or didn't care... rang up the wrong meals was charged over 30 for 3 meals that was cold and chulpas were so hard you couldn't bite them will nevergo back there when in town again. I am a dasher so I come regularly and when I say these people have not had it together once I mean never. There had been 2 They... closed early because workers all walked out or not enough staff. There are constant fights and screaming matches inside and. Theparking lots. A few workers just sit on there phone and just stand out front when there costumers waiting and look like we'redumb . We have never had anything come out in under 15 minutes not even a simple taco. This place is horrible ,management socksand the workers don't know how to do there job. Read more
First off . We couldn't get our order taken at the counter, they told us ,we had to use the kiosk. That the register at the... counter was down. I asked for a rag and cleaner to clean it, as it looked like someone vomited down the front of it. We wasignored. We got our food . Wasn't bad . The entire time there eating, one of the shift managers kept looking at me. So othercustomers started coming in. They all got served at the counter. I went to ask the manager why we couldn't get service at thecounter And it turned confrontational BAM.she denied we was refused. And said the kiosk was cleaned . Terrible customer service from the young lady behind the counter. When I walked up to order she told me I COULD order at the... kiosk and walked away. When I approached the kiosk her manager took my order. Then the young lady came back to complete myorder. Either she cannot understand English well or she just wasn?t paying attention. I had to point at what I wanted to order,and there isn?t a communication problem she speaks English very well, only I think it?s Ebonics, but she?s a young white girl.When my order came out she couldn?t pronounce my name, Dustin is my name.
