Drinks were good, and fries were fresh. 2 y/o was hungry on our roadtrip and we had to make a emergency stop for the baby.... Service was fast , and allowed us to get back on the road quickly. Read more
Staff did a good job of getting our food out to us quickly. Our order was correct and the facility was clean. Staff was kind of... friendly but off duty employees were hanging around talking about some interesting stuff. For the most part it was a goodexperience. Read more
We could not go in to order. We had 3 separate orders and could only place 2 at the drive through. There was no one in line... behind us at that time, but she could not take the last order. I had to drive around the building again to place the 3rd order.If they were busy I could understand but with no one else there I thought it was ridiculous. Read more

I don't normally write reviews, much less for fast-food chains that you're all familiar with, but I felt this Wendy's needed a... spotlight put on it. It's rather apparent that the operator cares about customer service here, because it radiates from thepeople they choose to hire. For starters, our cashier was more personable than I would expect from a waiter at a reputablerestaurant. That friendliness doesn't happen on accident, and is always a welcome change from the average fast-food cashierbeing nothing more than an order taker. Oddly, it was a genuinely pleasant experience to place an order here. Secondly: I madethe mistake of not specifying I wanted a change to the way my burger was dressed. So, I brought it back to the manager ask if areplacement were possible. The manager was very attentive to make sure he understood exactly what I actually wanted to have onthe burger. I went and sat in my booth. Then, not only did he walk the burger out to my booth, he stayed by me while I checkedthe burger to make sure it was made correctly. I don't expect this from Wendy's, especially one that deals with a lot ofright-off-the-interstate customers. I know the owners will see this, so please know that your attention to detail is realized.The little things that you take pride in are paying off, bringing repeat business, and making people's days a little brighter.
