The location in Natick, which is where my Fiancé and I went last was definitely disappointing. The service was very slow,... along with items being forgotten. We have been to this location 2-3 other times and while it wasn’t as bad/slow I wouldn’trate it any higher. On the flip side the location in Reading is 5/5, great service, people, atmosphere etc. I wish Natick wouldstep up their game. Read more

Every one of the last 5 orders made online to the Natick store has been prepared wrong. And again, today. I have spoken to... management in the past. The managers have said that a credit(s) would be applied for a free replacement pizza. No credits wereever applied, and talking to the (different) manager a few days later was futile in each case. I even resorted to ordering eachpizza separately, to prevent errors, but at least one order was wrong, Amazingly careless. I would give ) stars if that were anoption. Read more

Amazing! Best pizza in Natick! Service is also the most friendly of any restaurant in town. The server offered my child a ball... of pizza dough to play with before the food came out and they loved it! All they’ve been talking about now is how they want togo back and make pizzas! Great new place for lunch or dinner! Clean and classy decor and the staff makes you feel right at home. Philly Steak n' Cheese... pizza is my favorite here. Everyone definitely has to try their wings as well. I will definitely be back, and would suggest thisplace to all family and friends. Read more
