Good: friendly delivery people Now everything else: you get better quality of food at mall food court. The online order systems... has a lot of issue. Just don?t use it. 1. Restaurants could not read my address 2. You don?t get what you order. You get whatthey give you. 3. Big issue your information is kept in the system even if you say this is for one use only 4. If you have aproblem or a concern the management does not care. I placed my order online on Friday night got a call Friday night ask for mycontract information because the restaurant could not read the fax they received. I gave them the information my food wasdelivered. First try this restaurant was not impressed by the food and receive one wrong dish but did not bother to call to letthe restaurant know. My order was placed on there website under the guest option and one time use choose. On Saturday night Iget a call from the driver who said he could not find my house and was trying to make my delivery. I explain to him that I didnot place an order, he was nice and polite said he would let the restaurant know. When I call the restaurant to firm that myinformation was not being stored and that I was not being charged for a meal I did not order. That is when things fell apart.The person who I spoke with did not want to listen to the issue I was having. She kept on tell me that she would just ripe upthe slip. I never got confirmation from the restaurant that they are not storing my information and I was told to call back if Isee a charge for the second dinner I did not order. My reason for the call was to confirm I would not be charge in the firstplace and if so the credit would be going through immediately. Poor treatment, not good food. Not worth the hassle. Read more
The food here is a little pricey. It has a great indoor eating area but the food is only so-so. It''s really not high quality.

The one star reviews are the typical complaints. I have been a customer for years now. Right down the street from all the West... Natick condo complexes. I always get really prompt service for pick-up. I would say the food is above average and the varietyoffered is pan-Asian, which is great. Portions are large. For dining in, it is a pleasant, recently renovated minimalistinterior which is very nice. Overall, can't go wrong. Please do ignore the one star reviews. Read more
The food is really good, fast service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant with good atmosphere.. I see that some people didn't... give this place the best rating but try it and see for yourself.. One star is being very generous.....I ordered a Pu-Pu platter for 2 and threw most of it into the garbage. The teriyaki beef... was almost burned throughout, the boneless pork was like shoe leather. Called to let manager know how disappointed I was withtake out and was told she had 'just left' (it was 6pm on Fri) Won't ever go back here....and don't imagine they'll be aroundmuch longer as there was only 1 other person in the entire restaurant. BEST PLACE TOWN! I have lived in the area for my entire life, and this is hands down my favorite place. The owner is the... sweetest, the food is consistently good and their sushi and other regional dishes are great! Highly recommend :) Read more
