Inconsistent food and very forgetful service. Food: The guacamole was completely devoid of flavor. If I closed my eyes, I... wouldn't even know there were avocados. The chicken in the pizza was very dry. The cup of soup was good but so so small. Couldbarely have filled a Dixie cup. Bread was warm and good. Service: There was no salt, pepper, napkins, or utensils of any kindat any point. We didn't get straws for our drinks and they didn't remember to enter in TWO of our entrees. The waiter said we'dget bread and didn't come out until after the pizza did. Maybe there's a reason there was nearly no wait and the cheesecakefactory next door had an 1.5 hour wait. Read more
I visited the restaurant on Sunday and usually have a great experience. Our food came out quickly and was very good. Our service... was not. Our waitress came over to take our food order (she specified food) and didn't even ask what we wanted to drink, I hadto interrupt to put in a drink order (she looked confused). Then the food came out and we needed salt. She was nowhere to befound. Another server was kind enough to bring us some. The other 2 people I was with had their drinks empty for so long, againshe was nowhere to be found (she didn't come by once to check on us). We asked another employee (may have been a manager) toplease find her, we were ready to leave. Then the server came right over. 40% of my Pizza burnt or over cooked. When shared the concern with server, I was told it hand tossed and that's how we make it... at CPK. I was tired to argue, but when compared pics with the site photos at CPK, none seems to match the picture perfect pizzason site. Horrible experience. Read more
Beautiful restaurant in a fancy mall, pleasant interiors and atmosphere, clean restrooms. But service on Saturday evening was... not great. We gave our name and number, were told the wait would take around 30 minutes. After much longer we went back tocheck, they said they tried to call us, which was not true, I showed them my phone screen- there were no missed calls. Food wasnot served all together, and we only got utensils and napkins after I asked. The servers were diligent, good people, but maybeunderstaffed and too busy. The prices were high and the food portions were not filling. Overall okay experience, notgreat. Lovely place to have lunch brunch after shopping in Natick Mall. Plenty of pizzas specially known for its taste. Great starters.... Mouth watering desserts. Few choice of ???????? cocktails. Unfortunately they dint have Ultimate Bloody Mary cocktail. Serviceis good. Will have to wait for the tables. Efficient and friendly staff. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Social distancingmaintained. Masks are compulsory. Sanitisers kept in handy. All staff wear masks. Coming in and out going customers areseparated. Every table is sanitised after use by the customers. Very crowded. They have high chairs for kids and there's kidsmenu too. One can book in advance and pick up the order. Take aways are there. One can also sit infront of the bar. Small placeand can accommodate around 50 customers at a time. Credit cards accepted and can be paid digitally too by scanning. Tips around15%/20% would be reasonable. Customers can be seated while waiting for their tables. Kids are given drawing and colouring papersand crayons to keep them occupied. Table and restrooms were dingy. The waiter was not very efficient. The Bloody mary was gross and the blue moon was waiting so... long to be served it was warm. The food was decent bordering on good. We will try again another time as everyone has bad days. Read more
Nope impressed by what's supposed to be one of their signature pizzas.... the BBQ chicken pizza was ok must not impressively... good unfortunately. The avocado roll were very very good so was the salad. Waiter was good. Read more
Perfect in every way. 30 minute wait, but a wonderful opportunity to continue shopping. Had the new California Hamburger without... the American cheese. Was not disappointed. The family had the Hawaiian pizza and spaghetti. They were also pleased. Shout out tothe waiter, Joseph,,Great job!! Read more
