Horrible attitude of the server Todd. We ordered something that was not understood well. Mistakes happen. But the way we were... treated when we reported it left a lot to be desired. He refunded the money very rudely and refused to take the correct order.Also ordered us to get back in line to place the correct order. We decided to go someplace else. I had a very bad experience today. A lady working there responded astonishingly very rude. It was about 6 PM and the stores... closing. My kids wanted some bubble tea. We stopped by to check if they were still open. I asked one of the ladies if they areopen. The answer I got is ?do we look like open?? Obviously to me the stall looked like it?s open. This bubble tea place really sucks. The boba was good, soft and chewy, and that?s were the good ends. But the teas are bad;... they?re totally under flavored or just wrong. The people always making the orders also have no concept of how to make bubble teaeither. Also it?s just too overpriced for the quality and amount received. My wife was just at this location and was completely disrespected (as well as other customers) by the cashier. The cashier... (Cecelia) was rude and looked like she hated her job. I understand not wanting to work but the least you can do it be nice tothe customer who did nothing to you. There was a lady having trouble with the app and when she asked the cashier for help shejust shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. she also gave another customer a lot of attitude and was so snarky when sheasked for a different size drink (before it was even made). Finally, my wife was ordering and asked for her drink to be slushedand the cashier just nodded her head no and rolled her eyes at her. There was no communication or alternatives given and whenshe was asked about the other drink options she just pointed to the screen. The information my wife wanted was not on the screenhence why she asked and regardless you do not treat someone like that, all that trouble and we still got the wrong size drink. Itried to call the location several times to talk to the manager but they did not answer. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION: they willbe rude to you and still give you the wrong drink. unacceptable. The drink is very good, there are several options. The queuing time is a little big and time consuming. The attendants are... normal to answer. The menu brings the numbers but when I went to ask the attendant he said he doesn't use numbers but the nameof the drink. the tip I leave: take the numbers from the menu or attendant start using the numbers of the drinks in addition tothe names. Boba was ok, not the best I've ever had. The line to order was slow and even slower to get your order. Waited close to 30... minutes at least for my drink. There should be a heads up sign that says how long the expected wait time is going to beespecially if they are so far behind. I would not have waited and wasted my time. Kind of distasteful Read more
