I usually don't leave bad reviews. This location has been the worst one that I have had been. The service, attitude, and tone of... the store manager was extremely horrible. 1. She took my order and couldn't even wait for 1 minute for me to take out my moneyto pay. She opened another cash register and helped the next customer behind me. I had to wait for 2-3 minutes until she wasdone taking their long order. 2. When I asked her about the deal on the apple pie, she didn't seem willingly to let me know thedeal of 2 apple pies. 3. I ordered a Kid's meal with choice of hamburger, 2 fries and HD fruit punch. The person who took theorder, charged me 2 small fries and a hamburger separately and no kid's meal. When I told her that that wasn't my order, hertone was terrible and told me that she didn't hear me saying I want to order kid's meal while I told her multiple times that mylittle 6 years old guy standing there and I told her that we wanted kid's meal. She also raised her voice on me that she didn'thear me or my little guy wanted kid's meal for a few times. The worst thing is that she walked away. The worst customer servicethat I have ever experienced in my whole life. No smiley faces on her or anyone working there!! Even my little guy noticed onthe customer service at this McDonald's inside Natick Mall. While it is convenient for shoppers, there needs to be changes atthe location. I don't eat McDonald's. I stopped eating them after months ago actually. But the Natick mall doesn't really have options that I... like so I decided McDonalds. The food was fine, all McDonald's taste the same to me. So I can't help you much on that end. Butthe service was extremely fast. The lady taking my order was very kind and the food did seem fresh or as fresh it can be Isuppose. But yeah it was a fine exchange, nothing special. Finding seating is the hard part since the tables tend to always befull. But it's a food court so what are you going to do? Read more
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that came with no sauce and a single pickle. It was a piece of chicken, toasted buns and a... single pickle. I'm not one to complain but you gotta sauce up a chicken sandwich or you're looking at a desert in the mouth. Read more
I waited in a long line and presented my receipt to the cashier (which had one of those codes for a free medium coffee that you... can receive after filling out an online survey). At first, the cashier didn't know if he could take it, but after calling amanager over, the manager tells me they can't accept it, crumples it up, and throws it away. I was kind of taken aback. If youcan't accept it, at least give it back so I can try to use it at a different location. He didn't apologize at all or explainanything. I've never had a problem with this location before, but I guess don't come here trying to get your free coffee. Read more
I used the mobile app for the first time to order here. It was easy to use but would not accept payment. The cashier politely... assisted me with the issue and my meal was ready to be picked up immediately after. Everything was fresh and prepared to myspecifications. They have a nice friendly staff and quick service. Read more
