I don't go to McDonalds often, but when I do, I purchase a large order and I expect to leave the parking lot with what I ordered... and paid for in the bag without having to a) Remove and inventory each of the items of a $50+ order from the bags in thedriver's seat, potentially blocking the the drive through for customers behind me waiting or b) Pulling off to the side in theparking lot to discover the shortage, and having to go into the restaurant for compensation while the already lukewarm foodturns ice cold. Three times now I have arrived home to discover I have been shorted a top tier sandwich. This time I submitteda complaint on the McDonalds customer service website, as there is no phone number listed for the restaurant on the website noron google maps (no easy task). I expected to receive a coupon for the BigMac sandwich that I was shorted. Instead, I received aphone call (that went to voice mail), which is nice, but I don't want to spend 20 minutes on the phone discussing a 6 dollarsandwich. It's not about the money, it's about arriving home and not having myself, family and friends potentially displeased bynot receiving what they ordered. What I want is for this store to fix its process, it is 2022. Maybe McDonalds should use scaleto weigh the bags before they go out the window to verify everything is in it. Clear defined mobil order pickup spots, quick service. Clean parking lots and good location.
My go to McDonald?s. Drive thru is always moves along and the food is fresh and hot. Wish they were open a little later

They have vanilla ice cream ???? ???? Not all McDonald?s have that machine working but this location had. Newly built... restaurant, maintained cleanliness, easily accessible and good staff. Read more
rude customer service. tried to over charge me. ordered a med size drink and got a tiny cup. They always get order wrong. Go to... rt 30 instead. proces better and staff nece. Sometimes long line but then they make up for it and give you more food. Dont goinside though. Read more
