Been here a couple times and sometimes it takes a few minutes to get someone's attention to seat you. They never are full though... and there's always seats for you. The burgers are great and the ciders have never let me down. They are not quite set up forkids... Had to ask for plastic cups and then straws like pulling teeth they didn't have a standard care for kids even thoughthere is a kids menu. Nothing special, at the same time not bad. The drinks are the best part. They have a good variety of everything Night Shift and... then other breweries. The food is avg at best. Wouldn’t consider it pub food, but more fancy with an Asian twist. Standard pubfood would have been great. The pizza is good, but has a little too much sauce. Lastly, the prices are pretty high for thelocation. Park in the garage and walk over. If you don’t want to sit at the bar on a weekend make sure to make a reservation. Read more

wow wow wow. everything including the service was great! let me start off with the mexican cola… just so so good. all the... dishes we got were excellent! the hawaiian pizza had all the right amount of toppings and perfectly cooked to the right crisp,the garlic parmesan wings were good, the korean fried chicken burger was very well seasoned and the other burgers were good aswell! the fries with the green ranch dressing was perfect ???????? service was fast and everyone was very friendly. definitelyrecommend checking this place out instead of being waitlisted at the cheesecake factory or cpk Read more

The place is fairly loud. That is to be expected. The beer is very good. I really enjoyed my Korean fried chicken sandwich. ... They only down side we experienced was the service was very slow to start. We waited for about 30 minutes and were discussingleaving and alternatives to go to when one of the hosts got us a server. Once a server was assigned it was much better. . Itwas also a Tuesday night, so perhaps that contributed to the experience. Read more

Excellent addition to Natick Mall! I’ve always enjoyed Night Shift beer and the food was great. Short Rib burger and Detroit... style pizza were both awesome. As a huge home made pizza connoisseur, I really appreciate serving the pizza on the cooling tray.It cools a hot pizza faster and the crust doesn’t absorb steam and get soggy. I just wish it came out whole and without apiece missing. Read more

Wonderful place! The food was excellent even my picky friends were impressed! I had the pretzel, the hummus and the vegetable... grain bowl as well as the Maple Mule. All were very delicious. Food was great! If you only want to try one thing, get the chicken bites - Shy Bird "SB Dunks" with chive ranch. Life changing!... We also had Shifty pizza (w/o salami) and the super secret sauce tray. Lime lite and strawberry vodka collins were delicious. Read more

Night Shift was everything I needed and more! From amazing food and drink to excellent atmosphere, I had an amazing time. Food... was great! We got Sticky Chicken Wings and Rosemary Truffle Fries for the table. Both tasted great and were of decent portion /what you can expect from any restaurant. The glaze in the wings was sweet and spicy, they were crispy, and the dipping sauce wasrich - everything worked so well together. The Koran fried chicken sandwich was a big thigh, soft bun, and tangy sauce. I subbedin a side salad fir the fries and was not disappointed. The dressing on the side was creamy and green. Service was great andsuper quick. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, had drinks within 5 minutes, and got out food shortly afterordering. Our server was super friendly and welcoming. She even knew we needed plates right as I was about to ask her. The roomwas a bit louder than expected, but it was a super comfortable room to hang out in.
