I approached the counter at 11:18am, attempting to order lunch. An employee asked how she could help me, so I stated my order.... She replied, ?Uh-uh, not open!? Then did not know what time they were open. Their hours on Google Maps say that they open at10am today. Other food court stations were selling food at this time. On Dec 1, 2019 I was verbally abused by the manager at the Sbarros at the Natick mall. I have struggled with weight all my life.... To get it under control, I started walking the Natick mall daily. One Sunday morning, the manager of a sbarros calls me over. Heaccused me of taking pictures of his staff. I had no clue what he was talking about. Then it dawned on me that the night before,I took a picture of a plate of food from sbarros posting it to social media about how good temptations are everywhere. I showedhim the picture and then the post- but he was not satisfied. He was positive I was up to no good. He started swearing at methreatening to call the cops. I said go ahead- I doubt police arrest people for taking pictures of terrible food. He sweared atme some more until security finally came over. They check my phone, asked me what happened sending me on my way to finish mywalk and the manager home for causing a scene. I?ve reached out the sbarros a number of times about this exchange. I have thisstory saved in a note on my phone because it keeps getting pulled down. Now everytime I think about bad pizza- I check thisreview and repost it if it?s been taken down. The spaghetti with meatball is too expensive. Considering the plain spaghetti with tomato sauce is already at $6, you would... think adding the meat ball for $1 more is a steal. But no, they put so little sauce in the spaghetti that you would be finecalling it The plain spaghetti with meatball. You would be better off getting their pizza instead. They do have a deal of 6slices (whole box) of pizza for only $12 at the end of day. Read more
I have worked their and let?s just say that one person that still works there is a bad person, it isn?t one on the servers, nor... the cooks or team leaders. But, one of the store managers that worked there and it was one of the reasons that I QUITTED Sbarro.I quit sbarro in April of last year. That person is Ronald and If you are reading this Ron, I hope that Everyone that you knowis treated better than I was when I was work for you. I hope that you are loved the same way they love you. ?Cause I surelydidn?t. I hope that every employee has a better working experience than I did. I REALLY hope that they are.
