Fried and grilled Chicken sandwich is terrible. Fries taste like re microwaved next day fast food chain fries. Service is bad... even when empty, albeit friendly. The condiments at the table were empty. I Had to ask for my shake 3 times, 2 at order and onceafter food came out. Read more
Stopped in a couple weeks ago to take out dinner because my son wanted to try a Smashburger. The burgers we had were fine. But... just fine. Nothing special. The fries were greatly disappointing. For $4.49 for a large fries, I was greatly, greatlydisappointed at the quantity. The package was literally half-full, at best. Total ripoff. But more disappointing, the placewas not particularly clean. I watched the expediter (a mid-20s guy with dreadlocks), who was packing up our bag, sneeze intohis hands several times and then continue to handle our food. He also was loudly talking about how he'd done all he could do atthat job and how he was looking for a new one. I ate my dinner and tried to ignore his germs.... I will not be going backthere. Out of all of the Smashburger locations here in Boston, this location in Natick is my absolute favorite place!!! I love it... here!!!! The staff here are very friendly, energetic, and all really awesome people!!! The food is so delicious too!! This isthe only place that has gotten my order right every time I?m here!! Stopped by Smashburger as I was in the plaza and was not disappointed. I highly recommend the Smoked bacon brisket... burger...double patty of course! Watching my carb intake so I didn't get fries but I definitely stole a few from my son and theywere perfectly cooked! Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately it's an hour from my house but if I'm out there again I will stopby again. Read more
They have the best burgers I ever ate! It is not a super fancy restaurant but it doesn't mean they don't have super delicious... burgers. People are nice and orders normally comes quickly and hot. I would personally recommend it. Read more
The food was absolutely disgusting, didn't even eat it just threw it right in the trash where it belongs. The bag and... everything in it including the burger wrapper and burger were soaked through with grease, there was grease dripping from thebottom of the bag. They're probably not this terrible all the time but no point in giving them another chance to servesomething so vile. They don't let me respond to your response but i had already submitted a complaint through your app and haveheard nothing back. Read more
Food was sub par. Not worth the price for the portions size.. Better off going to 5 guys for that price.
