This National City location is the worse! They are always running out of pudding for the milk tea!!! It?s been several times... this happens!!! And now they are OUT of large cups!!! Really! We really used to enjoy grabbing snacks here but the place has really gone down in quality recently. Cabinets behind the counter... were trashed and filthy. One of the clerks were busy chatting with friends instead of helping on their coworkers at the registerso the lines would fill up for no reason and food was cleared from shelves over 30 mins before closing so customers had nooptions available. First time here at National City location and we?re in line on Thanksgiving Day for their Egg Tarts. Due to covid, and just... like any other places. There?s max 10 people at a time that can go inside. Thankfully, they had plenty in stock and alreadywrapped individually. I like this location, because they pick up the phone even when they?re busy.
