today Oct 8 2022, I went to the restaurant with my family, while waiting at the entrance of the restaurant there was an accident... with a bag full of food, my husband and daughter sat in the waiting chair and the bag fell it was an accident the owner of thebag of food was coming out of the bathroom and the two hostesses immediately pointed at my daughter telling the lady that shewas the one who threw it away without any of the hostesses telling her it was an accident, the lady immediately started to askfor an apology to which if everything had been explained well I would not refuse, but honestly the two girls are notprofessional at all. After all this, when taking us to the table, the African-American girl was talking to all of hercolleagues, at the moment I thought of getting up from the table and going to the manager, but my husband did not let me, thisgirl never stopped teasing and talking Of us, I sincerely saw it as horrible, since it made my entire stay in the restauranthorrible. We arrived after happy hour special on Friday (after 6pm) the servers were very friendly and efficient (thank you John &... Melissa). It was a busy night due to Padres game as well, but our appetizers arrived quickly. I ordered the endless bonelesswings which was special for $12.99 and tried original buffalo, garlic Parmesan & honey BBQ - all were delicious. My husbandordered steak with grilled garlic & mushrooms on top with side of mash potatoes & Cesar salad. The steak was delicious! We willcome back with servers John and Melissa. The food was fast food quality. Honestly I regretted not just going to the food court. It was also kinda odd that the host gave... us one silverware set though there was two of us, the food runner gave us one plate though there was two of us that ordered anapp to share, and then the waitress never came back to the table though the place was a ghost town. We will def opt for a snackfrom the food court next time. The only real nice thing I could say is that it looks like the place is decorated with picturesof actual locals vs the old fashioned, cluttered, flea market finds that most chain grills are known for. I went to dinner with my disabled daughter. It was nice of the hostess to seat us sooner. But we were kept waiting for a server... to acknowledge us while others around us were seated and served. I had to ask a server if she knew who or server was. When wefinally got acknowledged, everything went smoothly. Read more
