August 16 2022. 9:10 am, a lady told me to take a seat because in few more minutes, she will take my order. 9 15 am the same... lady started to take orders from customers, not me. She forgot that I was the first on line but she sent me to take a seat.12:45 pm I approached to the register to order and she put a sign saying . . . Close for 10 minutes. Atte. The manager. Worst customer service through the drive through! Too bad I didn?t get her name but I?m guessing she was a supervisor or manager... cause she wore black. She rudely said that their machines weren?t working when I asked for two sundaes. It also took a while forour order to be given to us and she wasn?t the one who handed our order. Today, I ordered the food through the mobile app, paid for it, and went inside that Walmart to pick up the food only to have... some old man with limited English spoke to me and told me I had to pay again when I had already paid for it. Good thing I askedfor someone to come over to talk to me and then some lady who worked there told me not to pay twice because it's already beenpaid for, she then later spoke in Spanish explaining the situation to him and all he did was having a guilty laugh, didn't evenbother to come apologize to me. Maybe they should start thinking about hiring someone who can SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH next time. Read more

I wanted to see what the hype was all about surrounding the new Impossible Whopper. A majority of the Burger Kings around my... area received an average of 1.5 stars but not this location. I decided to drive a bit further to this location since it averaged3.4 stars. This location is located inside the Walmart. Most of the Walmarts I've been to have a McDonalds. I was surprised tosee a Burger King inside a Walmart. Back to my experience... The cashier was really friendly. I ordered the Impossible Whopper.When I received I was pleasantly surprised that it was prepared really well. Usually you get a messy burger but not this one...I felt they took some time to prepare it. The Impossible Whopper actually tastes like a real Whopper! **MIND BLOWN** ????Anyways after my meal I had a chance to speak with the Burger King employee. We had a nice conversation about the burger andtold her how impressed I was. Overall, I'd go back there and get it again. Just to warn you, the burger is a bit more expensivethan your usual burger. Maybe because it's in a Walmart? Bottom line, the place was clean, the food was good and the service wasgreat. What more can you ask for from a fast food place! 4-stars! Read more

7/12/18: Update, I went back the following day to apologize for losing my temper. I then asked to see the manager to make a... formal complaint. He was very understanding and professional and even provided a new meal to make up for the mistake his staffmember made yesterday. I also explained that while I try to understand that service workers are subject to stress, I believedsomeone needs to talk to that cashier on improving her performance. So, this went from 1 star to 4 due to the effort managementmade to rectify the situation. 7/11/18: Cashier ripped me off. Asked for King's Meal Deal, two bacon cheeseburgers plain. Tabran up high and she pointed out the deal didnt include bacon double cheeseburgers. I corrected it and said I meant baconcheeseburgers plain. Gave me my order and insisted I ordered only the burgers, which costs more than the deal and excludes thefries and drink. Why would I pay more money for less food? Ended up yelling at the lady because she kept dismissing me. Read more
