Place is super clean & decent...however I lost my appetite due to the service provided by employees, they do multi-task duties,... I paid my food, then I tossed out in the trash...you can tell the work environment is really miserable...first if all, offerdecent wages, benefits no matter, then hire genuine people with positive attitude...this is just my humble opinion( ask IN&OUThow they do with pretty much every aspect on business Read more

I'm sorry for this review as it was the first time my guest took me thru the drive thru window for the first time. What is a... Carl's Jr hamburger?? Does anybody know?? Perhaps the lady taking the order was a new staff member. She didn't understand whata Carl's Jr was and kept saying "famous star". Maybe it's not on the menu any more or goes by a different name? Anyhow wewanted the smaller version of what a Jr Whopper is to a Whopper, but at Carl's Jr. The manager helped out the young lady, tookour food home and the smaller version expected ended up being regular size. Idk this fast food chain well enough to know what'swhat... So to be fair I can't really say much about the service. No complaints on the food. Was okay. Nothing to write homeabout. Read more
Wow. I ordered a Double Western combo and the burger was dry, tasted like it was under a heat lamp for quite a while. The burger... was luke warm at best but the kicker was the fries. I upgraded the combo to a large and received what appeared to be a smallorder in a large box. I feel like I was robbed especially at the prices being charged. Avoid this Carl's Jr if possible, theyappear to have no pride in what they hand out to their customers. Read more
