I was satisfied with what I ordered. I usually go to Chowking for their siopao and siomai and I'm glad that I don't have to... drive 30 minutes just to go to the nearest Chowking. I'll definitely go back. Read more

Disappointing. Small portions and they don?t even have my chow fan! They have taho and black jelly though. The one in Mira Mesa... is better since they have more options. Read more

Food is tasty. Thats where the one star came from. Don?t go here if you don't have a patience in waiting, we waited 30 mins my... order was sitting there getting cold, while the couple of people ahead of us get theirs first. Including two people ordering togo. I have tot talk to Aliyah that maybe i should get my soup before it gets cold! The second order came exactly thirty minuteswe end up taking our food to go, small portions for the price! Service is terrible! We went there and its not busy, so i don?tknow how is it when it?s busy. I will never come back. This will be the first and last. Addendum: I usually don?t post negativereviews but this has to be done. They have to atleast inform customers of the waiting time just in case they?re running behind. Read more

"This is not what you should expect from Chowking. We only want to deliver satisfying and delicious meals when you visit us." Ok... ok we hear you but are you listening? Overpriced. True. Stingy. True. And the wonton soup base has too much of what I thinkmight be the 5spice powder IMHO. And where are Chow King filipino favorites like the bagoong Kang Kong and the Filipinobreakfast menu? I was excitedly anticipating the long awaited opening and was utterly disappointed. Not worth revisiting fornow until they do better. I will just wait til the reviews show that CK is listening. For now, I'd rather make the drive toConvoy to have satisfying soups and dimsums for a fraction of the price and bigger portions. Read more

I?ve known about this food place since growing up from the Philippines. I was really excited to get food from this place when it... finally opened up because the other location is a longer drive compared to this one. Good part of my experience was , I got myfood fast and the workers are not rude and they got my order right, the flavors of the food are good as well. The only concern Ihave is that, the servings of the food are very stingy, or less than what I paid for. I only got 1 dumpling from the soup Iordered. The noodles are like 2 bites. It was kind of bummer. Read more

Don?t go here unless ur okay with small servings. Food are overpriced and portions are small. It?s like kids meal portions but... full price. If you want Filipino food go to Titas you?ll satisfy urself better and they will have more ingredients in their halohalo. We ordered beef wonton soup and it?s like 10 string of noodles, literally one wonton, five small cuts of beef and the restare soup and vegetables. As for entrees if you get the two entrees ur only able to choose one since one is chosen for you whichis the lumpia?s the one scoop of rice and noodles that?s pretty much it. We also got black jelly which is decent and Thai tea.If ur going just for the sake of trying DONT wast ur money, I was really looking forward on coming to this place since theyannounced it will open soon but such disappointment for this location. ??????????? It's good for what it offers. Choice of food items are lesser than what I'm used to when eating at any of the Chowking... locations. It didn't have my favorite rice congee. It's a smaller store with 5 large tables that seats 4 - 6 people each. It's abit crammed. Good luck to the business and hope it thrives for many years. Read more
