This place was completely disappointing. It was understaffed, and most of the staff that was working looked unhappy and over... their jobs. The games and machines we're broken or did not function properly, some did not dispense any tickets, or just did nothave enough of the necessary equipment for the machine to give a player a fair game. No signs were posted with warning. It was awaste of money,and time. I left hiding my frustration from my kids who I thought would enjoy this place, but all they talkedabout was how every machine sucked. Maybe we just came by on a bad day. I will try another Chuck-E-Cheese next time I'll let youknow how that goes. Read more
We had a party reservation this past Friday. I wasn't sure since Facebook has a couple of bad reviews. not on this location but... in general. We had Mia as the host and she was Amazing she was on it, interactive made it super fun for the kids, made sure wehad anything we needed and did everything with a smile. SHE WAS GREAT! Wonderful staff. The deals for the game passes are great. The kids always look forward to coming. The play areas and tables were... all well cleaned. Best part was how spaced out everything is. Only recommendation is more racing games! Suggest downloading thechuck e cheese app it has deals and a point system for when you do visit. Read more

The tube slide is gone. But there's a lot of new games and rides to play with and the food is expensive. I just order a... personal pepperoni pizza and small drinks it cost me almost $18.00 for me it's too much since I'm broke. Lol and spend about $10bucks for tokens . ( you have to use a card for playing games and rides. But it's ok I guess my Daughter had a good time. Read more

Their air-conditioning was down today and the place was full. It was so hot and stuffy in the entire place. Not a single fan... inside. I spoke to the manager and told her they need to at least post a sing in frontof the place to inform their customer. Read more
