This is my local Jack in the Box that I do my mobile orders with. While they are adequate in regular orders, they have failed... in the majority of mobile orders that have any deviation from the base menu. So don?t request anything specific and if you doplease double check the order when you receive them. Other than that, they?re friendly and polite. Read more
This jack in the box is the closest one to me, we went at 11pm me and my wife to get food from there, there was a line in the... drive thru, we waited and ordered, when we got to the window a lady that was in front of us hopped out to ask for some teapackets claiming the lady didn't give it to her, and the lady at the window answered in a rude and cold manner that even thecustomer apologized, she didn't even say hello to us and was clearly irritated and upset, I get it we are all humans and we havebad days but this isn't the first time with the exact lady, she overfilled my drink and it was spilling she got some on her handand did a motion to get the liquid off of her hand and she just handed it over to my wife and it was spilling in the car, mywife asked for some napkins and the lady was visibly more irritated and jumpy about it and handed it in a disrespectful manner,this isn't the first time this happened at this location, I get it you are having a bad day but don't take it out on otherpeople and if you hate your job so much it's okay to look for something else and let people with good attitudes that actuallyneed the job work there, I never review places but like I said this wasn't the first time with the same lady and it takes a lotfor me to notice when people are rude and disrespectful cause I'm easy going and I always see the good side of things but thiscrossed the line, hope management sees this and actually does something about it but I highly doubt it if they do try to teachthat lady some manners or normal decency when talking to people cause none of us are getting the food for free, we pay our hardearned money for it so no need for the extra attitude. Depending on the staff your meal can be enjoyable or miserable. I will go to another jack with better staff. Update:... 4-24-22 Just got a response from someone from Jack In the box because of their response they lost another star now to a ONEstar. they did not even offer any incentive to come back to that location but they are good at a lot of mambo jumbo talk ontheir reply. Not a bad place with my experiences during the afternoon. But by far the most soggy tiny tacos I ever had from a jack in the... box. Please let the morning staff know to keep them in the fryer longer please. Also to refrigerate the avocado sauce for it orsomething. It looked like it was expired or if it sat in the heat too long. Had brown oil on top and the sides and almost lookedlike rotten milk no offense. Just trying to help and not get people sick. Besides that, the burgers are amazing and keep up thegood work! Read more
