I seriously don't see why they have such good reviews, the roll tacos had a pinch of shredded cheese on top not melted what so... ever & the price for them is ridiculous 6 for $12. I tried returning them & the cashier who has such a fake big smile that looksvery similar to this emoji???????? I kid you not. Anyways he said he wasn't even able to give me a refund at all!!!! I neverexperienced this in my life Ive always been able to get refunded especially for food that I didnt even touch at all. He alsotried smart mouthing me on why the cheese wasn't melted at all. I was very excited to try them because they're supposedly themost popular on the menu. To top it all off, they should be glad I didn't rant and complain about the carne asada fries. I wasalready annoyed and my girlfriend and I were starving so we ate them & the whole time I was wishing I had just went to Hermanosin National City instead of trying something new. Just today it had to bump into someone like that ???? ? I always come here with no problem I love the food here !!!!! && today... some lady the cashier (older tall lady with long black hair ) had an attitude like if she doesn?t wanna be there why even haveher there !!!enjoy your job and be happy! My story ? I came in and she was just there were her face so I asked can I have somecarne asada fries with sour cream cheese and guacamole && she?s like ummm si asi viene all with and attitude instead of justsaying ok what else can I get for you so since the beginning she already had her face then I go and sit at the lobby and she waslike carne asada fries carne asada fries x4 out her lungs but I had heard but I was in a call ? then i grabbed my bag myself andshe said it again ???? like in front of other ppl I didn?t wanna disrespect her at all I just said you have an ugly attitude &&have a goodnight ? Carne has great flavor and asada chips is my item here,so they get 2 stars. Problem is, Ive ordered 4 catered tray's of asada... and chicken and they seem to not be ready, or skimp on amount of meat, or not give side condiments like they do other times. Itsnot a set consistent amount of food or items ever. They may also try to short you by putting a smaller amount of food in abigger tray and say its because tray is bigger. Long time customer and first time reviewer. My son likes the fish burrito (me, too!). My daughter likes the California Burrito... with everything in it. My father in law likes beef tacos ???? ???? (who doesnt?). They have a self serve, salsa bar. Theyalways have a line up of people so you know u have happy customers.???? Read more
Disappointing shrimp burrito and customer service - my burrito was mostly rice and pico de gallo with 4 pieces of shrimp. Went... back for carne asada fries and a veggie burrito. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. Very nice salsa verde. Pros:cheap and opened late. Cons: not enough shrimp on shrimp burrito. RECOMMEND: 5 roll tacos and carne asada fries. Read more
