Drive thru was chaos, was left waiting for my order to be taken for more than 10 minutes, paid for my food, ended up getting the... wrong order?called to see if there was a anything they can do and of course I?d have to drive AAAAALLLLLLL the way back overthere in order for anything to be done. I paid with a card you?d think a multi million dollar company would have a system thatwould allow them to refund without needing the card. I?ve worked for smaller companies that have this ability. Long Story Short they need to work on not rushing you when ordering through the drive thru. And they gave me my food as ordered... but as I opened my bag to get my chicken nuggets out they put my sweet and sour sauce in the card board container which broke itand not closed properly. Read more
Really Poor service . They forgot to give me 2 happy meals and when I realized I was almost home so I went back showing the... receipt and it was the same girl who gave me my order I don?t know if she was the assistant manager but they all have a reallyrude attitude. She saw my receipt and made faces and when she handed me the happy meals , she handed them with attitude ?. They never have frappes available. I ordered on the app & used 4500 of my points to get a free frappe & got my daughter one too.... But then they made me come inside for a refund & took my 4500 points. So I wasted my time and gas for them to take my points & Ileft with nothing. 2 stars for having my app orders usually correct & always missing the sweet & sour sauce for my nuggies. Read more
This is the worst run McDonalds in San Diego county I think and unfortunately it?s the closet one to me. They never turn on the... latte machine, they never turn on their ice cream machine. Their menu sign has been burnt out for about a year now. Sometimesyou get seltzer water instead of lemonade or sprite. Only come here if you want a hamburger?.that?s it. Try the McDonalds onBroadway and Palomar that runs like a perfect well oiled machine. Read more
This is our FAVORITE ???? McDonald's. The staff is friendly. The owners are awesome ????. My family loves this one and the... prices are great. It's always clean and sanitary. Literally every time I come here my order gets messed up. Whether it's getting unsweetened tea when I asked for sweet tea. Or no... lettuce on my orders and I still get a ton of lettuce, to getting the entire wrong drink I ordered. I'd be fine if it was everynow and then, but everytime I go there, come on. I ordered food and went to the restroom. When I returned, I saw customers who placed their order after mine where receiving... their food. I ask the employee if my order was ready and gave her my order number. She went to the check the tv displaying theorders on the assembly line, and told me it was not out yet. 10 mins later, I asked again and got the same answer. She clearlywas not looking for my ticket number or the food items I had ordered on that screen. After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 items, Irequested a refund. The refund was issued by the manager, who stated the orders are left on the pick up table for patrons tograb on their own, making it sound like I was at fault. Did not offer any type of compensation for my waste of time. I left VERYunhappy, late to my appointment, and completely wasted my time at this McDonalds. Worst customer service and staff needs to betrained better. Read more
